5. Project Timeline: We will provide an estimated project timeline and make every effort to adhere to it. Prompt communication regarding any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as material availability or weather conditions, will be provided.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Should you wish to cancel the project, please notify us in writing at your earliest convenience. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on completed work and materials procured up to that point.
7. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits or approvals for the project. Agreeing to provide premises access and clear communication throughout the project duration.
