Project Interruption: Should unforeseen circumstances lead to a project halt, both Oneplus1 Studio LLP and the client will engage in mutual discussions to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. Decisions made will prioritize fairness and a shared commitment to the project’s success.
3. Revisions as Per Contract: Proposed changes or revisions to the project’s scope will be governed by the terms outlined in the digital contract signed by both parties. Adherence to these terms ensures a harmonious working relationship.
4. Price Adjustment: The project cost remains constant for six months from the project confirmation date. Beyond this period, pricing adjustments may occur due to market fluctuations or other relevant factors. Clients will be promptly notified of any such changes, and the adjusted price will apply to the project.
